Let 𝖢 be a thin strict category. #m/def/cat/evil We call 𝖢 a posetal in either of the following equivalent cases

• 𝖢 is a gaunt category
• 𝖢 is a skeletal category

These are precisely those categories arising as posets-as-categories.
